1. Scope and acceptance

This website is operated by Shanghai Yueding Network Technology. These terms apply to product information and download guidance on this site, and to order, license, and user-support services related to Dangtu, TuGet, Dangtu QR Code, Best History, and Dangtu Client.

2. Lawful use and third-party rights

Users may process only content they created, that they or their organization lawfully own, or that the rights holder and relevant platform expressly authorize them to use. Do not process arbitrary third-party stores or use the tools for store copying, product copying, or bulk competitor collection.

Do not bypass DRM, sign-in, verification, payment, access controls, anti-automation measures, or other technical controls. Stop when a site presents verification, HTTP 403 or 429, rate limits, or another security warning; do not evade the restriction or continue bulk access.

3. Downloads, versions, and updates

Use the product pages listed by this site, downpictures.com, the company CDN, or Microsoft Store. Manually installed extensions usually require a new package; store versions follow store updates; Dangtu Client checks version update information.

4. Purchases, licenses, and refunds

Pricing, duration, device limits, and benefits are controlled by the purchase page and order at checkout. Unless explicitly stated, a plan is not represented as auto-renewing. Contact support with order details for payment or delivery disputes; handling follows the transaction, applicable law, and the resolution agreed by the parties.

5. Intellectual property

Rights in the products and site content belong to their respective lawful rights holders. Do not impersonate a rights holder or authorized source, remove notices, misleadingly distribute, or sell repackaged products. Lawful interoperability and research remain subject to applicable law.

6. Changes and limitations

Websites, browsers, and third-party services change, so continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. If use appears infringing, unauthorized, or designed to evade site restrictions, we may decline support and may suspend a download channel, license, or related service as appropriate.
