Browser Extension Privacy Notice

This notice covers Dangtu (DownPictures), TuGet, Dangtu QR Code, and Best History. Shanghai Yueding Network Technology is responsible for the user support described here and for contact and processing matters involving data the company actually receives. Actual permissions depend on the installation page and extension manifest for each build.
1. Why permissions are needed
Dangtu and TuGet need access to pages the user opens, tab state, and downloads to discover and save selected media. Dangtu QR Code uses current-tab, download, context-menu, and local-storage capabilities to generate, save, and scan codes; smart clipboard access is an optional permission that is off by default. Best History needs history, tab, and session permissions for search, organization, recently closed pages, and device sessions. Permissions are used only for the corresponding features.
2. Data handled locally
Products may locally handle page URLs and titles, media URLs and dimensions, selections, QR content and uploaded images, optional clipboard content, browsing history, domain rules, visit statistics, sessions, and settings. Users can clear relevant data, revoke permissions, or uninstall the extension.
3. Necessary network requests
Extensions may request company version information or feature configuration. Downloads connect to the content website or CDN. Browser stores process store installation and updates under their own terms. Dangtu QR Code does not upload entered URLs, text, or images in order to generate or scan QR codes.
4. Diagnostics and feedback
Data is submitted only when a user actively uses a feedback or diagnostic function. It may include versions, environment details, sanitized errors, affected-domain statistics, and user-entered text or attachments. Never submit passwords, verification codes, or unrelated complete history.
5. Accounts, advertising, and sale
Accounts are not currently required. Extensions do not collect or share browsing history for sale or targeted advertising. Future cloud, account, or analytics features will be disclosed before activation.
6. Security and children
We use least privilege, access controls, and transport protection for data the company receives. Minors should use the products with guardian guidance.
7. User rights and updates
Users can disable extensions, revoke permissions, clear local data, uninstall, or contact us about personal information received through feedback. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
