The static site does not require an account and currently uses no advertising tracking. Infrastructure may log time, path, IP address, browser type, and response status as needed for security and troubleshooting.

The essential yueding_tools_locale cookie remembers the selected language. There are currently no non-essential tracking cookies. Future non-essential technologies will require updated notice and controls where applicable.
4. Downloads and third parties
Downloads or purchases may open the company CDN, downpictures.com, the purchase site, or Microsoft Store. Those services handle necessary data under their own policies.
